How to Sign Up

If you do not already have a Brightwheel account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Select Parents

Click the parent button provided above.

Step 2: Enter Your Information

You will be asked to enter:

  • Your First and Last Name

  • Your Email Address

  • Your Mobile Phone Number

  • Create a Password

Make sure:

  • You use an active email address

  • Your phone number can receive text messages

  • You write down your password for future reference

Step 3: Verify Your Contact Information

Brightwheel may send:

  • A verification email

  • Or a text message with a code

Enter the verification code if prompted.

Step 4: Complete the Enrollment Form

After your account is created, you will:

  • Be redirected to the required enrollment form

  • Fill out all requested child and parent information

  • Submit the form when finished

Make sure to review all details carefully before submitting.

Step 5: Download the Brightwheel App (Recommended)

For easier communication and updates:

  1. Download the Brightwheel App from:

    • Apple App Store

    • Google Play Store

  2. Log in using the same email and password you created.
